There are a host of good books, videos, and other training materials describing how to create and manage websites. In the near future, the Small Web Master will use this page to list and describe many of the resources that he uses and can recommend to anyone who wants to "learn the trade."

The Small Web Master understands the need to create websites that are legally and functionally compliant as well as validating properly. With that design objective, every Small Web Master site will work with most browsers, will be easy to read, and look good on any laptop or monitor.

Most off-the-shelf software available to non-professionals simply will not create high quality custom websites. Even with some popular software, most beginners and non-professionals will find that the learning curve is just too difficult and time consuming.
